Everyone plays a hugely important role and unless everyone else is doing their job, it's impossible for me to do mine. I love football because I think it's a great team sport. Players currently on an NFL roster: Gronkowski, Edelman, Benjamin Watson (17), James White (16), Danny Amendola (10), Chris Hogan (10), Brandin Cooks (7), Brandon LaFell (7), Dion Lewis (5), Rex Burkhead (3), Brandon Bolden (2), Phillip Dorsett (2), Cordarrelle Patterson (2), Dwayne Allen (1), LeGarrette Blount (1), Michael Floyd (1), Matt Lengel (1), Hoomanawanui (1), Gordon (1).īrady, on WEEI, summed it up this way: "All the way from Mike Vrabel, who caught a bunch of touchdown passes from me all the receivers I've played with Gronk who has caught the most Terry Glenn who caught the first and Josh who caught the last one - and everyone in between, it's fun for me to share that with everybody. Playoff TD receptions but not regular season: Fullback James Develin (1) and offensive tackle Nate Solder (1), whose scoring receptions came in the postseason and thus don’t count toward the record 71. When you're the quarterback, you're the one who gets the ball. I know a lot gets focused on the quarterback, but you're one of many. I think these things are all great team awards. With the play, Testaverde, then 43, set the NFL record for throwing at least one touchdown pass in 20 straight NFL seasons. When Testaverde was a backup with the Patriots in the 2006 season, he capped the regular-season finale in Tennessee with a 6-yard touchdown pass to Brown. There is one notable difference between how Brady and Testaverde reached those marks: Brady (2000-present) has played for just one team Testaverde (1987-2007) played for seven clubs, which includes two tenures with the New York Jets.Īs for one of the notable links between them, it’s wide receiver Troy Brown. ![]() This keyboard is best suited as a permanent desktop fixture. ![]() While I love the build quality of the Q2, which is far better than some of Keychron’s lower-end models, its heft and lack of Bluetooth make is less than ideal for travel. There are cheaper barebones configurations starting at $150, but if you’re just starting out with mechanical keyboards, it may make more sense to purchase a preconfigured version. Another potential downside is the price, which is $180 for the keyboard as shown configured in this post. Even though I’d probably use it wired 99% of the time, it would be nice to have the option. The biggest downside to the Keychron Q2 is the lack of Bluetooth functionality. The tactile control knob is a great addition, especially for quickly controlling volume or display brightness. It features great build quality, takes up minimal space, and features a ridiculous amount of customization. I really like the Keychron Q2, and it will most likely replace my Magic Keyboard as my keyboard of choice for my Mac mini desktop setup. Users can control various aspects of the backlight such as brightness, hue, speed, and pattern, and all of these control methods can be customized with VIA as well. RGB backlit keysįinally, the Q2 features RGB, thanks to the south-facing backlight setup, and the Gateron keys that feature tiny ports to allow the light to shine through. I’d love to have a keyboard with a pair of control knobs, one on each side of the keyboard, which would be great for moving the Final Cut Pro playhead while zooming in and out simultaneously. Like the other keys on the Q2, the control knob can be customized to your liking.īy default the control knob came programmed to adjust volume, but I was able to easily make it control the brightness of the Pro Display XDR, and even had it function as a zoom knob for Final Cut Pro. The control knob has a tactile, clicking feel when turning it, and can even be pressed to invoke an additional function. One of the coolest available features of the Keychron Q2, should you opt for it, is the programmable control knob. Changes are mapped directly to the keyboard itself, so any customizations will carry over to any machine you connect it to. The keyboard features multiple “levels” that you can toggle via one of the two function keys, and even the function keys themselves can be remapped. You can customize every key on the keyboard, swapping out functions, adding complex macros, etc. Thanks to QMK VIA, it’s ridiculously easy to configure how the keyboard works on a very granular level. Coupled with the double-shot OEM spherical angled keycaps, the Keychron Q2 is an absolute dream to type on, but you definitely sacrifice quietness. I tried the linear red switches on my previous Keychron Q1, and while I appreciated the quietness, I learned during this hands-on that I much prefer the tactile blue switches. The result is a decidedly louder, yet significantly more satisfying typing experience. My Q2 came preconfigured with linear Gateron G Pro red switches, which I promptly replaced with tactile blue switches. This means that you can switch the tactile feel of the keyboard at any time just by swapping out the switches. One of the biggest reasons to consider the “Q” line of keyboards is for the hot-swappable key switches and additional customizability. ![]() Unfortunately, the Q2 lacks Bluetooth connectivity, which will make it a no-go for some users. ![]() Keychron includes a handy USB-C port on the upper-left side of the case, and includes a standard USB-C cable with USB-A adapter inside the box. Needless to say, the Q2 will stay firmly planted on your desk while typing, but despite its compact footprint, it probably isn’t a keyboard you’ll be keen on traveling with. To put it into perspective, it would take roughly seven 8-ounce Magic Keyboards to add up to the weight of a single Keychron Q2, which comes in at a hefty 3 pounds 8 ounces. Like the Q1, Keychron’s latest keyboard has awesome build quality and features a full CNC machined aluminum case, steel plate, sound-absorbing foam, and silicone gaskets. The Q2 features just five rows of keys, so it’s a good option for workspaces that are limited on real estate. With a 65% layout, it’s noticeably smaller than the Keychron K2 ( review) or Keychron Q1, but this comes at the expense of the function row. One of the biggest appeals to the Keychron Q2 is its size. This is compounded by the queuing system means that lines for all slides are squeezed into one staircase. The slides we managed to get on were good fun but very short experiences - longest ride available is 30 seconds. Doesn't help that such a place tends to attract some very spoilt brats and their entitled parents who don't seem to understand the concept of a line. When the slides opened, line times were around 5 minutes at most. We arrived as the gates opened at 9am and used the pool whilst we waited for the slides to open at 10am. Certainly steep but you'll get value for that ticket price? Wrong. Where to begin? Well the ticket price is a good start - $75 per person and that's on one of the quieter days. It is one average-sized hotel pool, one kids area, a collection of 5 slides and the shortest lazy river I've ever seen. To call this place a water park is somewhat disingenuous. The place is finding its feet being new but is worth the day out. They do great food and the service from the staff was great especially Shelsie. ![]() We visited mid week so the park was empty so now queueing for slides. The blue slide which is like a capsule is brilliant. We enjoyed the lazy river, all the slides and the Flo rida. Staff are friendly, the place is very clean and the service was very good. ![]() This park is a great day out and still gets a 5 star review as we really enjoyed it. On the second visit the only slide which was closed was the big blue one which was a shame but the green and Flo rida were open. We put our luggage into Marriott luggage room. We then spoke with Ethan who was very good along with his manager Sebastian (I think) who gave us another day entry into the park and the kids ice cream as we should have been advised on entry the park was closing for an event and half the slides were out of service.Īs we were leaving a couple of days (from the UK) it was going to be difficult to allocate another day so we decided to check out of our hotel and spend the last day at tidal. We then found out the park was closing at 1pm. We arrived and found that two slides were not working and the Flo rida was out of service. It’s not cheap, $75 each including children. A really disappointing experience. So we booked to come to the water park staying in a nearby hotel. Having felt incredibly ripped off and faced with having our pants pulled down further with lunch, we elected to go elsewhere.
